Moto V2 Adventure (“Moto V2”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates guided motorcycle tours in Australia and internationally.

By booking or participating in a Moto V2 tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

  • Prices are listed in [USD/AUD] unless otherwise stated.

  • Any additional costs not expressly included (fuel, personal expenses, visas, fines, medical costs) are the rider’s responsibility.

Rider Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Hold a valid motorcycle licence for the class of motorcycle ridden

  • Meet minimum experience requirements for the tour

  • Be medically fit to ride long distances

  • Comply with all local traffic laws

Moto V2 reserves the right to refuse participation if a rider is deemed unfit or unsafe.

 

Assumption of Risk

Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Road hazards

  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical failures

  • Traffic incidents

  • Remote locations with limited medical access

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with motorcycle travel.

 

Insurance Requirements

All riders must provide proof of valid travel insurance covering:

  • Motorcycle riding

  • Engine capacity equal to or greater than the motorcycle used

  • Medical expenses (minimum USD $100,000)

  • Emergency evacuation & repatriation

Failure to provide proof may result in denial of participation without refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Moto V2 is not liable for injury, illness, death, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience.

  • Riders indemnify Moto V2 against claims arising from their actions or negligence.

 

Tour Changes

Moto V2 reserves the right to:

  • Modify routes, accommodation, or schedules for safety or operational reasons.

  • Substitute motorcycles or guides if required.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
