Refund Policy

Rider-Initiated Cancellations

• Deposit: Non-refundable

• 60+ days before tour: Refund of balance paid (less deposit)

• 30–59 days: 50% refund of tour price

• Less than 30 days: No refund

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If Moto V2 cancels a tour due to insufficient participants or operational reasons, riders will receive:

• A full refund or

• The option to transfer to a future tour

Force Majeure

No refunds are guaranteed for events beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Political instability

• Border closures

• Government restrictions

Credits may be offered at Moto V2’s discretion.
